The xerox machine shows the massage "PRINTER ERROR,,,FUSER TEMP". It shows the same message whenever it is opened. And please tell me that actually due to what problem this message arises. The model name is Phaser 3100 MFP Product. Please help me with a solution.

there is nothing to look for it told you it is past the end of it's life so buy a new unit

The fuser door is at the back of the machine. Open the door, pull down and close firmly shut. If the error persists it could be that the sensor has gone bad. The sensor is actually hard wired to the High Voltage Power Supply that sits right above the paper tray underneath the machine. I have been struggling throughout the night to remove the Printing error Fuser temp following the suggested given but all were in vain. By accidently I managed to remover the error message by pressing # together* then switch on... super! vilho nhoni from Namibia

Fuser problem is that the thermistor can be damaged due to overheating Fuser thermistor or try to replace the entire fuser, clean electrical contacts which could cause malfunction of fuser.Este indicated a specialist to handle this

On this machine, you may have a fuser assembly that is bad. Replace the fuser modual.
If this doesnt work, then the main board needs to be replaced.
Also what most people forget is the fuser fan. Sometimes it turns slow and you will not even notice it. It might not even turn at all.
Replacing the fan will solve most problems, but if it still does not turn on, Look on there to see if it has a small circuit board on the fuser fan, replace it too.
if all else fails the main board needs to be replaced.

Reset Fuser Life

1. Using the control panel buttons scroll to Maintenance, press OK.
   
2. Scroll to Check Others, press OK.
   
3. Scroll to Fuser, press Reset
