My phone is blackberry curve 8250, few times ago I try to call divert all my call but now I want to cancel or deactive all my call divert..I try so many times to call my voice mail but they say may password is incorrect, what should I do?

If you can't remember your previous password you can use your PUK code to unlock blackberry curve 8520 password, just type any password until your phone asking you to enter puk code. PUK code can you found from your sim card bundle if you don't have it just call your service provider, they will give it to you. That code will make your blackberry unlocked from old password.

If you can't remember your password to deactivate your call divert, the only thing that you could do is to is to wipe the handheld.

If you're decided to wipe the handheld, do not forget to backup your files using the BlackBerry Deskto Manager.
