SOURCE: THE EXLAMATION MARK AT THE TOP OF THE PRINTER IS FLASHING AND THERE IS A LINE GOING AROUND THE SCREEN ON THE DISPLAY PANEL, THE PRINTER WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANYTHING, THANKS

there is a flag switch located to the left hand side of the top cover that causes this issue
if you look at the left hand lip of the top cover, you should note that it does not meet flush with the top of the control panel, there is a cutout for the lever for the flag switch that appears to not move as smoothly as designed, my guess is a mismounted switched or a misaligned axle for the switch

you can actually access the switch lever itself when the top cover is open, just reach in and wiggle it until it depresses properly, you may have to do this (or at least check it) every time you open the top cover

Light on dash shaped like fishing bobber with an exlamation mark inside and hash marks around it just came on. No manual to show what it represents to correct.

This is a indicator light that lets you know that one of your external bulbs are not functionng properly. Check all of your marker lights, signals and brake lights. You should find that one of the bulbs is blown.

use the printer settings on pc to diagnose the problem through its menu possible paper jam or an ink that is done and requires replacement but do check if there is no paper jammed in the machine and that all the doors and covers are closed

Red exlamation mark flashing

Usually this either means a paper jam or an ink cartridge is empty. If it is not paper then check your ink it probably needs a new cartridge. Hope this helps.
