Please see below. I believe that you have set the tuning to LOCK, hence the KEY symbol. I have done the same thing with other radios. I bet you never forget this!
Manual Tuning with Rotary Dial You can select a higher or lower frequency by turning ROTARY TUNING. Set FAST/FINE/LOCK to select the rotary tuning increments or to lock the ROTARY TUNING dial. The following table shows the tuning increments for the FAST and FINE settings. '------'------'-------'------'-------' ' ' FM ' LW ' MW ' SW ' '------'------'-------'------'-------' ' FAST ' 0.1 ' 9 kHz ' 9/10 ' 0.005 ' ' ' MHz ' ' kHz ' MHz ' '------'------'-------'------'-------' ' FINE ' 0.05 ' 1 kHz ' 1 kHz' 0.001 ' ' ' MHz ' ' ' MHz ' '------'------'-------'------'-------' To lock the ROTARY TUNING dial, set FAST/FINE/LOCK to lock. This keeps you from changing the frequency if you accidentally touch the dial. NOTE: This locks only the ROTARY TUNING dial.
Did you blow a fuse, or trip a circuit breaker? Often an overload like a stuck motor indicates there is a circuit being opened. If you know how to get inside, check the brushes, but I am inclined to suggest looking at a possible fuse blown in the power circuit, possibly in the power strip you use to plug in multiples.
I cant see where Dremel has a parts listing for this tool and checked another site with no luck, BUT I have a number for Dremel that you can call to see if they do offer this part, it is 1-800-437-3635.
There is a lever or push button by the hinge (where the saw pivots).Just push down on the top of the saw and release latch. To lock back down , just push down on the saw and put lever back in the lock position.
This is the site for the tool, you have to contact thier cusotmer services as there is no manual listed.

check and see if you have the right collet insert in the chuck if it is too big it wont lock the shaft. does the chuck turn? if so your collet is not locking the flex shaft
You can either go to Dremel.com and type in your model number for replacement parts or call their toll free number at 1-800-437-3635 and get that information. Let me know if you need anything further
