Cajun injector electric smoker stopped working

Check for power at your outlet; a tripped GFI or a tripped breaker in your panel box may be the cause if the outlet is dead. If the outlet is good then you know it is the electric smoker.

Thermostat is stuck on 387 degrees. How can I fix it?

I had the same problem. Readout showed 330 degrees, but it should have been 60. Saw all the bad reviews on this product after I started to research this problem, so I figured I would try to fix it. I drilled all the rivots out of the back panel. There are 2 thermocouples, 1 for the meat probe and 1 for measuring the temp inside the smoker. Both thermocouples have connectors in about the center of the smoker. I cut the wire on both sides of this thermocouple and spliced them together without the connector. Works fine now.
