I don't think that you could program/change the freq of your Motorola GP2000 manually since newer Motorola radios today everything is done by computer and programming sotfware. You need to have software for GP2000, radio interface box ( RIB) and programming cable for GP2000 radio and these devices are not cheap. The best way is to contact a local repair shop to have it done for you or find a two-way radio technician, he could do this if he has all the test equipments required.
Good luck!

    Front Panel Programming
Easily programmable functions through its front panel buttons. This feature
allows you the flexibility of customising and re-setting your radio profile while
in the field - without relying on programming equipment such as computers,
    cables and power supplies.

How can I find freq Motorola gp2000

It takes a computer, programming cable and the software. Best to take it to a dealer. The other way is to use a frequency counter. It displays the frequency when you transmit. But that is way too limited, you really need professional help with a business band, professional radio.
