Don't know why my response isn't showing but I'll try typing it in again here.

The best way to keep your CERAN ceramic cooktop looking its best is to clean it after every use.
Here's how:
First remove any burnt-on bits or spilled food from the surface with a metal razor scraper, similar to one you would use to scrape paint off your windowpanes at home. You can typically find them at a hardware store and the razor won't damage the surface like abrasive sponges might. Hold the scraper at approximately a 30 degrees angle to the cooktop and wear an oven mitt to protect your hands.
When the cooking surface has cooled down, apply a few dabs (about the size of a dime) of an approved cleaner in each burner area and work the cleaning cream over the cooktop surface with a damp paper towel. Or try the Weiman cooktop sponge, which adds a little but of scrubbing power, without damaging your cooktop.
As a final step, wipe down with water and dry with a clean paper towel.
Remember: Never use abrasive sponges and scouring pads on your glass ceramic cooktop. Also watch out for corrosive cleaners such as oven sprays, cleaners containing chlorine or ammonia and stain removers - these will just further damage the surface.
Hope this helps!

If you were to log on to the
manufacturer's web site, I think you will be pleasantly surprised as
usually one is able to download, by model number, Customer
Instruction Manuals, list
of Dealers,
Driver
downloads
and
Installation Instructions
as required.
Just Google the manufacturer's name and
follow the links. Make certain you are directed to the manufacturer's
web site as some search engines direct you to other sites and they
charge for the information that is normally free of charge.
I hope this helps.
