There are two possible things that can make such a problem:
1.The drum of the toner cartridge had and his life.If you take out the cartridge, turn it around and you will see a big metal roller. The color of the drum should be all the sime all over the drum.If there are brown line around the drum thats mean it it time to change the drum of the cartridge.
2.The PCR(Primary charging roller) could be damage. The PCR is located in the toner catridge and youu need to take apart the cartridge to see the PCR.To do that you may need a proffesional help.

Being the drum there is a box that collects the surplus ink.
De to designed obsolescence it fills up before the drum is worn out.
When it fills up the lines appears.
You can empty it by removing the drum and using a vacum cleaner (bagless type with good filter only ! ie dyson)
Did it : works
You could also try to drill a hole in the box to empty it
yet to try potentially less messy and easier

How do U clean my print head

  1. If it is still clogged, you can try to clean the printer head manually. Toclean the printer head, remove the ink cartridge from the printer. Moisten a cotton swab by dipping it in hot water or isopropyl alcohol, and then gently wipe the printer head. Do this repeatedly until it softens the dried ink.

Line across the page

  1. Make a copy by using the platen mode and ADF.
  2. Send a print from your PC or print out the Counter list from User tools/counter button.
  3. Try printing one colour at a time - Black, Cyan, Yellow or Magenta.
If when printing, there is no line across the pages, so you need to clean the optics mirrors and exposure glass.
If the line appears in both 1 and 2 mentioned above, you have the fuser roller or drum damaged.
If the line appears in all colour prints, check the fuser or transfer belt.
If it happens only with one particular colour, check that drum unit.

Good luck and please rate me, thanks.

Red text and lines appear in Black text

The red line is indicating a HYPERLINK to the email address of the user name, or other linked text in the Email.

If you are printing a program, you will not be printing anything with a hyperlink, so that should not be an issue.

Facing copying problem from scanning section

Although you didn't specify the scanner model, this solution should work.

If the scanner has a top feeder, open it.

You will see a thin strip of glass, either to the left, or right of the large scanner glass.

There is most likely a small spec of ink, white out, etc on it.

Clean the strip glass with rubbing alcohol and the line should go away.
