Wont Turn on at all - Casio Ex-z750

My camera wont turn on, wont sync with the computer and the charging dock wont charge the battery. i bought a new battery and charger and charged both batteries, then i put them on the camera and turn it on the green light flashed once and then nothing i tried the second battery and the same thing.
The camera is about 3 years old and a excellent camera.
Does any one no what i can do to fix it.
