Depends on the watt of the motor to use a bigger battery, or it may damage the motor. and a bigger hub motor can damage the battery and the motor itself......

2020 ford f 150 xlt 4x4 rear passenger side wheel, (axle), farther out on the passenger side about a half inch

Are you measuring this to to the tyre, the rim or the actual hub? Check the silly simple stuff first. Are they matching rims? Are they matching tyres? Are they BOTH at the same correct air pressure for where you are driving, (Hard for road, soft for serious off road)? Same 'size' rims can be a slightly different shape between manufacturers. Are you using 'spacers' between the hub and rim? If you are check they are in place, fitted correctly and the same thickness both sides. Tyres, especially the bigger 'off road' ones, can bulge if they are slightly under inflated or you are not parked on flat level ground when you measured it.
If all of these are all OK you will need to get the lift kit checked as something might not be fitted or lined up correctly.

How to turn little batteries into bigger ones in emergancy

roll up some tin foil flatten it to the size of the battery you need, circumfrence not the actual size of battery, push it against the spring where you would normally put the bigger battery then push the little battery on on top so it fits tight in the slot for the battery,WALLA,you now have power.its the same principle with all batteries.

How can I fix my dryer?

The timer hasn't sped up, its the capacitor connected to the motor is running out of charge so the motor will start slowing down and not turn as fast. If you take the back cover off, look for the wires coming out from the motor and there will be usually 4 and 2 attached to a cylinder shaped AAsize battery ( which is what a capacitor basically is) behind a bracket hidden away. Replace it with another capacitor but make sure it's the same charge as the one replacing. There's a number on the front of it followed by mF and that's the size you need. Most dryers run 8 mF but check yours just in case it's not that size. Same thing happens to washing machines with a timer/clock on the display.. Only thing is they seem to go back in time when the brushes are worn
P.S
so it makes more sense why you can't fit a bigger capacitor then the size already there, as you would think a bigger size means more charge so it lasts longer, but no that's not the case. A bigger capacitor will make the motor turn faster which will make it burn itself out

'06 VW Polo cooling fan not working - fuse inside fine - fuse on top of battery (5) blown - put in new one and blown again - need bigger size or what?

Don't put in a bigger size. If it blew once, it means something inside the fan has failed. Take a look for any obvious shorts in the wires: Failing that, Take out the fan, and see if it works. Most likely the short is right at the connector, where it vibrates out the most.

I need to replace the battery on my 2003 Mazda MPV and am getting conflicting information on which series battery to put in. Some sites and dealers say a series 35 battery, some say a series 24 battery....

Hi,
If you got Diesel engine you must use a 70 to 80 AmpH battery.
If you got a gasoline engine a normal 60 Amp/Hr bettery can be use.
Hoe that settles that!
Thanks for using Fixya!

Will higher amp hour batteries damage the motor on my CTM HS-2800

Absolutely not. Higher amphour batts don't put out more voltage, just more voltage longer.
The 2800 takes U-1 gel cell batts that run about 33 amphours...good for about 12-16 miles. You might be able to fit bigger batts in it, but measure first before you buy...gel batts are pricey.

Replacement of motorguide trolling motor prop

Motor Guide hubs come in two different sizes - 3" and 3.5". The 3" size is more for older and lower thrust models. Newer units use the 3.5. The size differences are between manufacturers too. MinnKota's are a little bigger. If you order a new prop, the only issue may be the depth of the prop. I had to use a longer prop nut wrench to tighten the Hydrilla Hacker I purchased.
