The cash register is locked up and the error e14 appears on the screen. It is the casio pcr-t2000. Any ideas?

You sure can. It will show the word charge on your daily reports. that is the only difference. Just a label for the same key

Your machine needs a service. Get a qualified tech to service the Key slot for you you will be fine or you might have to replace it altogether. Good luck

Turn key to program 2 Subtotal 132 SUBTOTAL Type new characters 00 Cash subtotal
For the other three lines, use code 232, 332, and 432

A technician can usually repair the drawer rather than replace it. There are plenty of spare parts for the drawers.

This is not rocket science flexion...
Just power up the register while holding down the journal feed button with the key in program. Hit subtotal when all 0's appear.
Restores to factory default condition.

Look underneath the table:
The program ( PGM ) key will be needed and the lock on the register must be set to PGM mode.
Program the array as told on the page:
for the second block D7, change the first number 0 into 1 .

yeah that's it, there is a paper jam. unjam it. hope this helped
