Necesito que me envien los Diver para una camara Canon ZR 850 mi PC no la reconoce y me pide los Driver para poder descargar los video y fotos que estes en la memoria

this error C:31:23 is related to the s reel and this occurs only when the tension of the tape is more,
solution:
1 st try to change the tape
if the problem persists then u need to take it to the service center as the tape path of the mechanical section is to be adjusted
as you are telling that your camcorder is not showing remaining time (time code ) then head assy. also need to be cleaned ..try to use cleaning tape for 10 sec. not more then that .
