Hii My Nokia 5130 Express Music phone doesnt start up. It shows "test mode" on plugging the charger. Even otherwise, on starting the phone the Nokia logo appears ten the screen goes white and switches off.
I cant update my software as the phone doesnt start so it isnt detected on the computer.
pls help

Please format your phone using first switch of your phone then press the star(*) three(3) and call button holding these button and switch on the screen displays blank white screen for sometimes and then on .
