On the MICS side use FEATURE **266344 266344# to access the system programming and password reset features. You can restore a recent configuration backup from diskette but if you don't have a backup you will need to rebuild the configuration from scratch. You may also have a failed hard drive or a failed supercapacitor that did not retain memory when the power was cycled. These components will need to be replaced before you continue with reprogramming.

As you described it there shouldnt be any problems with your configuration, there should be auto ip conf. enabled so VoIP phones should accept 1st IP range automatically. If that doesnt help contact your operators. Thats all. Good luck!
