You can only bluetooth these files over to your cell and they will prompt you to allow installation if i remember when i had one,they just bluetooth& work without any problems.I had a lg mobile that could transfer via usb but that was time consuming and stupid.There is a site called mobango.com and mobile9 where you can download free mobile games etc.

mmmm maybe you are using the phone conecction instead of sending data, maybe you need to install the sony ericsson software
