We replaced the old toner with a new one but still it is showing us replace new toner.

While the machine is on, you need to put the old toner back into the machine, close the front cover. Open the front cover and replace it with the new toner. Make sure new toner is shake well.

Power it down, open main door to force a realignment then power back on after 5 mins. Unplug the power cord to do this.

Remove from the printer, give it a good shake over the sink, (you may find toner leaking and it is hard to cleanup...then replace it. That may do the trick but if it does not you may be best off replacing the cartridge. Sometimes old electronics misreport the condition of components ....it could be that the machine is getting old and going wrong. But you will only discover whether this is the case after investigating further)

U locate and remove the old cartridge and replace with the new toner cartridge.. The manual will show you exactly where it is.

You could check if the contacts on the toner cartridge and in he printer are clean and shiny. Perhaps just a bit of glue or a scrap of plastic is on a contact, making it impossible for the printer to read the status.

It said exactly what? If it mentioned waste toner, emptying that tray (Toshiba has nice zero-waste-to-landfill toner recycling program) should have pretty much cleared things up; it appears that the sensor for that still sees lumps of toner..or something...coming up close to the paper path. Check it out carefully and replace the tray.

Do not go very far yet, the problem is with the toner so I recommend you do what the machine says before looking somewhere else. replace with correct toner.
If you have a friend with the similar machine which is working properly try and get their toner put in your machine if it works buy similar toner if does not then it is the machine. You can also try your unrecognized tone in another machine see the results. The problem is just toner and the sensors in your machine.

you copier e-studio 65 showing message dispose of used toner.. ok.. Its donot mean dispose all old toner and install new toner... Its mean dispose used toner box... Dispose toner Box is a seprat box copier all garbage toner droped this box and when this box are full then copier showing message please dispose used toner box... please check it and dispose it.

Hi,

To run a quick check on your black toner, insert your old black toner back to the printer.

press on the menu button -> system -> report-> supplier info-> print. and same for your new toner, if it show u both the old n new black toner are under the same serial number. the new toner might be faulty. Invalid toner detected.

get the new toner with the box packing back to the shop for replacement.
