First, access your voice mailbox (press VM button & enter your password)
When you hear you have ??? messages, Press 7.
You will be prompted for another password (the Admin default password is 2275)
Press 2 administer mailboxes
Press 1 to reset mailbox password then follow the instructions. It will tell you what the current password is to the mailbox you select and you have the option to keep it or change it.
The voice mailbox is a network service to which you may need to subscribe. For more

Adding Subscriber Mailboxes: 1 – Feature 983 2 – Log: = 1020000 (3-digit DNs) or 120000 (2-digit DNs) 3 – Press MBOX 4 – Press ADD 5 – Mbox: enter mailbox number to be added 6 – Type:subscriber Press OK 7 – Ext: Dial station number (the mailbox and extension do not have to be the same, but for simplicity keep the same) 8 – Service class: Typical class is 1 9 – Name: Enter name (last name, first name) per letters on keypad. Dial as in texting for each letter. Press # to enter a comma between last name and first name. 10 – Directory?: YES or NO (for dial by name for company directory) 11 – Msg waiting: YES or NO (to enable “Message for you” display on phone press Yes) After this set, you can pass by all the other information, since this is a basic setup for a mailbox.
Now that you created the mailbox, you still have to go into the programming to enable forwarding to voicemail.
Try checking to see if Auto Attendent has been activated at the base. Auto Attendant acts as a virtual (though confusing!) operator if you have multiple mailboxes activated. When it's off, Mailbox 1 should be the default and just play your recorded greeting only.
P.S. I had a similar problem and figured out it was actually saying mailbox Enter Mailbox 1 to 4. ;) Hope this Helps!!
why define them as EM,if you set them as regular mailbox's and use the scr dn key 0 as the mailbox with the other numbers as secondary numbers in the mailbox profile.sorry for delay i am only new...i hope this helps in some way
contact ur network provider..let them activate ur gprs and mms so that u can send and receive mms.. and to check for ur mailbox from ur fon,browse the web(if ur fon internet is activated,thats why the gprs must be activated so that u can use internet from ur fon),click option,then go to web address..just explore it and ul know it..
i guess you are using yahoo mail services, and activated GPRS service on your phone. if yes then do following things to receive mail on your mobile.
first go to yahoo mail sservice sign in then go to mail option there you can see "POP Access & Forwarding" option click on that after there enable pop access from there.
after ENABLING pop access from yahoo services, do following settings in your mobile
