Just bought this fan at walmart, it was missing all of the screws and the instruction manual. I guess someone returned it. It works great, just wish we had the manual so we knew what all of the buttons did.

The phone number in the manual is incorrect. Company is out of business and a scam has taken over the number (selling medical alert devices).
