I have an automatic raymond weil geneve watch with the yellow chrono, that is less than 2 years old which has stopped working. I wind and wind and nothing. Help please.

Make sure you are turning the crown clockwise and stop winding when you feel the tension increase. Also, try wearing it for a day even if it is not runninr; the motion may be enough to get it going if it is an automatic.
There may be something more wrong with your watch.
If the RW is less than 2 years old you should be covered, they have one of the best warranties in the business.
If it needs repair and is older than 2 years, I would still send it to the RW repair center in NY to see what they can do.

I replaced at home by myself, but it didn't work. I brought it to a watch repair store at Paramus. The technician replaced its battery but it didn't work. He said that the watch was out of order and need to repair. It will take one week. I left it to him and I am waiting for the result.
