Hi, i have here a Sandisk c240 mp3 player. The prob is when you turn it on, only the logo of sandisk appears and it don't work anymore. Even if you press any keys, only the logo is visible. I think it needs to be reformat or something. Kindly help please.

That sounds like the right behavior for it if the LOCK switch is moved over to show the orange indicator (or, if juice got in there and shorted that switch.) You could try updating the firmware (per sandisk.com) or booting the device (holding left while powering on, until you see a controls screen say) to original firmware.Try taking out any flash media and doing those things...

Its real easy. Open the Sandisk from "My Computer" then just copy the songs from there. Similar with Copy and Paste from one file to another. Click CTRL C to the file you want to copy then put it inside the Sandisk folder CTRL V. That should do it!
