I have an RCA Scenium DLP 50 TV. The TV started making a loud noise (like a computer fan) going out. The noise would go away when we powered off the unit and the bulb shut off. Eventually there was no light and no picture with the blue power switch flashing 5 times on and off. I changed the bulb as per the instructions (twice as I thought the first was DOA) but the TV still would not start up. I kept trying, reseating the bulb unit, etc. and actually got the TV to start for a short time. During the time of trying of to get the bulb to start I could hear what sounded like servo motors running, in a manner that seemed like they were trying to find a home position. This also happened sporadically when the bulb was lit and the TV was working. Eventually the TV again went out and has been out since. Any ideas?
