Hi, Just follow the steps Make a backup of contacts in your another sim. Switch-off your phone. 1. Press and hold theree keys at a time;

ok the first thing to do is find out is , is it the phone or the memory card, so try another memory card. with a bit of luck it will be the card that is unstable. if its not the try updating the the firmware on your phone but do it using the pc suite that maches your phone and backup your entire phone contacts pics etc to your computer. now dowload and install the update usually the pc suite will do this for you. i hope that helps.
Has it always been slow? If not, you could back up all your data (synchronize it to your computer using the software on the CD that came with it,) then perform a hard rest - this will wipe everything off your phone. You can do this through the menus. I believe the option is called "reset to factory settings" or something. You'll then need to copy all the data off the pc back onto your phone. you'll also need to reinstall any applications you installed, this could be bad if you paid for them!
