My N70 shows white display but other activities it works properly. ones you disconnect the display and again reconnect the same, the display will work for 2 to 3 days and again same problem occurs. please help me for this problem.

firstly change the display if the problem remain u can change the display i.c to solve this problem

there are two kinds of white screen in n70 ,the first one is because of damage LCD (glass screen) ,defective display driver (small chips that makes the display works) and the other one is corrupted software...in damage lcd the phone will detected by computer because its software is still working...so ,the problem of your N70 im sure is the second one ,corrupted software....your phone needs to reprogram,and need to go to a nokia care center to fix you problem...i hope ,i will help you ,thanks for trusting fixya...

YOU SAID WHITE SCREEN AND NO DISPLAY! IF POSSIBLE REMOVE LCD CONNECTOR STRIP CLEAN IT WITH COTTON AND SEE TO IT THAT THERE IS DAMAGE TO CONTACTS OF LCD STRIP.IF THERE VISIBLE DAMAGE MEANS WARN OUT CARBON CONTACTS,CUT 0.1 mm AND CONNECT IT AGAIN. IT MUST WORK.ALL THE BEST.

Its a display IC fault.heres the screenshot..replace this two crystal IC for display.

The E1- F5 error is a door lock error.

The control (TIMER) has likely failed in this instance - BUT...

Sometimes when you disconnect power to a range and reconnect it the electronic range control gets confused.
You should disconnect power again for 15 seconds and reconnect and see if that helps.

If it doesn't cure the E1- F5 error hold the bake button in until E0- F2 appears in the display.
This is the error for a stuck button on the keypad and is the way to clear the memory of the electronic range control.

Sometimes these work, but if the control has failed it won't make any difference.

its about display connector.follow display wires & try to fix the connectors

check your battery! i think you are using duplicate battery! put original battery to your mobile! again the problem came mean install new software and format your mobile

It looks that your N70 has a booting problem. Your phone wasn't booting. Usually the boot IC goes bad and needs t be replaced. You have complicated your problem by changing the glass IC's. This surely wasn't your problem. I'm not sure if you have replaced them correctly though. If you have a digital multimeter than check your phone across the battery terminals. Keep the meter on 'Continuity' which also shows a 'Diode' symbol and check ur phone .Between +ve to grnd, one side, the meter shd show around 370 ohms and reversing the polarity of the meter across the same terminals of the phone the meter shd show a reading similar to a capacitor discharge action towards infinity. Now if these readings do not show, then the phone has a 'shorting' somewhere. I suggest u take your phone to a technician he may be in a position to kick start it back to life.....................

full charge the set..it might show the display then..but after some hours it might become white again..i am also searching for a solution of this problem!
