I was told by the Verizon Store Rep that I would have to contact Jabra to get a replacement ear "hanger" for my bluetooth device. For some reason the Jabra site did not open. If you can provide me with information as to how to get a replacement it would be appreciated. The device is good but it is pointless if I have to hold it in my ear during an entire conversation. Thank you. Gary Rogers

Manual for jabra t820

To pair the Jabra with a Verizon Wireless phone, the phone must have Bluetooth. Bluetooth allows a device to communicate and transfer data with another Bluetooth device without having to be physically connected to it. The instructions for connecting the Jabra with the Verizon phone vary slightly depending upon your phone model. Jabra headset instructions don't vary per model.

Hey teresarushto, I'm having the same problem along with my ear gel basically melting in my ear. I got a toll free from the local cell phone store for Jabra. I called them and the only thing they offered was to replace the ear gels. They didn't even acknowledge the audio problem I told them about let alone offer me a replacement. Pretty brutal service for a company this large. The toll free number i got is 1-866-697-8757. Best of luck!

Can I sync the Jabra OTE3 with an iPhone4?

as long as the iphone supports bluetooth and it is not disabled it should. bluetooth is universal. some carriers will have the phone maker disable certain functions on certain phones.
For example, I had a friend who had verizon and the only bluetooth function available was hands free, couldnt do anything else with it even though the phone supported it, verizon had the other functions disabled

Jabra VBT2050

The above solution only lacks one small item. Part of the pairing procedure is to hold the on/off button for the recommended 5 seconds to power up, but the light will NOT become constant until you hold both the power button AND the round center button on together until the light remains constant. Then you can pair the two devices.

Jabra bt125 broken ear hook

It's kinda cheesy, but a piece of #10 wire fits perfectly into the hole. That's what I'm using now. Neither the original is very comfortable, but they work.

Jabra bluetooth

Look up on Jabra for your model number. google jabra with model number then a comma with manual after it. The manual was the exact match and directions were very clear.
