I have a bunn ultra 2 flat lid ice machine, manual failed to come with the machine. it needs cleaning, the 'clean due now' is always on the screen, followed the info on the side of it to clean and even let warm water stay inside for awhile but it never knows its been cleaned and will not let the freeze cycle start. Help :)

the "ultra" "gourmet" and "ice" words above the display are buttons. hold down the "ultra" button for 5 seconds until it says filter cleaned. it'll remind you every 30 days to clean it
More than likely a bad shaft,Part # 32449.0000.This machine when there is a problem tells you exactly what part went bad.Could also be the torque sensor board,Part #27939.1000.Alot of the problems stem from not lubricating the front nose seal (auger).
