Do you mean on your computer or your ds because you know it is a gba game so i dont think you can download it and if you tried im sure it wouldnt be free cause its discontiued

My pokemon in pokemon sapphire cannot use strength to the left, but it can use to push boulder to the right. but if I try to push boulder to the left the game would stopped working. please help me, what can I do for this??

LIAR! (sorry) there is a was to fix it, it only happens to gba games that have a timekeep in it. (a way for the game to keep time) you need to pry the game case appart and locate a batterie. there should also be a little silver cilinder (the kristal) that ocolates to keep time. take out the batterie from the PCB and look at the size (e.g. cr2025) and go to radioshack with the batterie number and they should have it!
place the batterie back and close the games case, It should now work! :)

Sorry, if you game is one of the "EARLY" made game, such as the color of the game cartrige (GBA) lighter then the regular game cartige, this might be fake or a faulty one or it is just too old at first made that it is not compatable.
Experience, i had pokemon emerald and this kept happening too. I know how you feel.
