If the phone is locked by a service provider, please go to this site and follow the steps on how to unlock it.

If the phone is security locked, you can try the default code which is 12345. If this does not work, get the IMEI number on the back of your phone when your battery sits, or type * # 0 6 #. Then go to this site to get the master reset code.

If you reset the phone using the master reset, everything stored in the phone like contacts, photos or music will be deleted.

The default code for most phones is "000000" or "0000" or "1234" or "123456' or 12345 or 00000. One of these codes is always a standard master code in most cell phone models.
