Sony TAM 100 Answering machine---retreive erased messages

Sorry no it is impossible to retrieve.I apologize because it sounds sentimental or evidence.I even contacted Sony chat support.It took about 45 minutes and the person trying to answer it obviously had no electronic knowledge and in fact was reading from a book.I do not blame people for coming here from what I saw as that is the first time I have tried it.She even admitted she had no background in electronics.I copy and pasted the transcript.If you would like a copy I posted it.Sorry :( Greg

Also,please do not copy and paste it as I have some good ideas of who to send it to already.There may be certain issues with the company about the legality of copy and paste a session which I will DEFINITELY research as long as it takes to get an answer.I already have a question for a lawyer and may bring this up.Trying to get in next week.It may seem extreme to you but with the knowledge base minimum you should know,these people are no way qualified to be answering these questions you saw if you read the transcript.A 45 minute session due to looking up answers in a book is really not good.It is a 1 minute question with someone who really knows operations.Greg Also,please do not copy and paste it as I have some good ideas of who to send it to already.There may be certain issues with the company about the legality of copy and paste a session which I will DEFINITELY research as long as it takes to get an answer.I already have a question for a lawyer and may bring this up.Trying to get in next week.It may seem extreme to you but with the knowledge base minimum you should know,these people are no way qualified to be answering these questions you saw if you read the transcript.A 45 minute session due to looking up answers in a book is really not good.It is a 1 minute question with someone who really knows operations.Greg
