hi, unfortunately sim card password cannot be recovered ,reset or read by any mobile gadget...if you enter 3 times the wrong code ,your simcard will be blocked and can open only if you have the PUK code..the PUK code is in the package of your simcard when you purchased it...i hope you save that PUK code so that you can open your simcard when it is already blocked..thanks for trusting fixya

Hi your only option is to call your phone service provider,
no it doesn't come with the phone and the phone never has its own puk code
becouse the puk code is about the sim card.
if you put in another sim card the phone will work just fine, its the simcard 3
times pin code wrong puk code enabled pin blocked, call service provider to get
it and entery instructions.

was trying to change my PIN Code on my Samsung SGH-D900i i got the code wrong 3times and the PUK Code came up and blocked my sim i then entered my own number and it told me to enter a new pin, what do i have to do next?
yeah you will have to contact the network provider which your dad is on and ask them for the PUK code which they will give you and advised you on how to do it. All nework providers are open 24 hours.
