Hello Anonymous. To disable Safemode just reboot the device normally. You can also go to settings and tap on "more" and look for Airplane mode and uncheck the option.

scroll up from the bottem of your phone click on airplane mode then slide off

You just need to tap and hold the power key and once it give you the option if you want to turn off the device you will also see the option for Airplane Mode and you will be able to turn off the option.

hold on the status bar and swipe your finger downward this will give you the status of most indicators just click on the Airplane symbol and the problem is resolved, you can also do this from the MainMenu -> Settings -> Wifi and Networks -> Airplane mode
