Your Yahoo ID is linked to a broad array of Yahoo services, from Yahoo Messenger to online games. A Yahoo ID must be deleted from a laptop or desktop, not a mobile device. Only get rid of your Yahoo ID if you're certain you'll never need it again, because there is no option to change your mind and get your ID back once it's gone.

Deleting a Yahoo ID
When you delete a Yahoo ID, you lose access to all programs associated with it, including Yahoo Mail, Yahoo Groups and Yahoo Finance Portfolio. Deleting your Yahoo ID will not remove your listing from the Yahoo People Search, however, so your profile will continue to appear in search results unless you delete your listing before deleting your ID. Yahoo permanently deletes old emails when an account is deactivated, but you can resume sending and receiving email once you reactivate the account. b> Considerations b> Some premium services are not cancelled along with a Yahoo ID deletion. If you signed up for a paid service, such as Yahoo Mail Plus, the company recommends manually canceling the service -- independent of your Yahoo ID deletion -- to avoid future bills. You can not activate your deleted yahoo email account. When you was delete your yahoo account that time you could read the instruction about this. So now it is not possible. But you can create other yahoo id.

If your on Firefox, then press CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE and tick everthing and press: clear now.
If on internet explorer then you have to find delete cookies or delete cache.. that should solve your problem. (SAME WITH ANY BROWSER)

You cannot delete the email account alone, you'll have to delete everything associated with that Yahoo ID. To do that goto https://edit.yahoo.com/config/delete_user

delete yah from computer and use cc cleaner after unistalled any yahoo stuff , then download again if needed

You need to do a google search for 'Yahoo Mail Error UDB:1'

Then the first result is a 'yahoo answers' question someone asked, the answer there solves it.

You have to delete the yahoo cookie from your browser.

I use firefox, so you go to Tools>Options>Privacy> button 'show cookies' delete yahoo cookie.

Go back to yahoo login page. Username and password.. and it will fix it.

It is called a UDB 1 error, often happens right after you change your password.

It's ******* pathetic. You can write an email from ANOTHER account to yahoo customer service for some slow, unreliable help though.

but if u need that same id then wait 3-4 months..yahoo will delete inactive mail id..
