I have a Toshia TV - Model 19A24 - Made in Thailand - Dated Nov. 2004 # 7961C2877 A. With it, I have your manual control unit: CT-859. I accidentally pressed "menu" on the control unit. Now I get English subtitles with all programs on the TV. Would you explain how I can remove the "titles" option.

You will usually find the instructions for using a remote control in the manual for the TV that the remote came with. For the Panasonic EUR7613Z70, this includes the CT-36E33. The TV/Video button at the bottom left of the Toshiba CT-859 remote toggles between the TV and external video sources. This button is below the Reset button. The CT-859 remote works for several Toshiba TVs, including the 19A24. The manual for this TV describes the remote buttons on page 6. There si no specific user manual for this remote control itself. All codes and proceedings are with the user manual for the above mentioned model Toshiba Tv. Have similar problem on a Panasonic Tau model CT-27SL15.
It's a 27" CRT TV manufactured around 2005.

Other posts / solutions on this problem say possibly a capacitor going bad in the vertical circuitry / near the vertical IC / vertical blanking circuitry. Telephone call to a TV repair person mentioned something similar - "possibly a bad capacitor in the vertical circuitry".
Found a service manual online w/schematics and board layouts.

Anyway ... just wanted to add this comment.

THAT IS AN ANALOG SET. YOU NEED THE CONVERTER BOX. FOR TRANSITION TO DIGITAL.

This could be anything, check fuses inside would be the only thing i could suggest
