If the house GFCI trips only when the vanity receptacle circuit has power then likely the neutral and ground wires inside the vanity GFCI enclosure are in contact with each other.
To isolate the problem, suggest you pull the vanity GFCI receptacle out of the enclosure but leave all wires connected. Make sure no little hands can get near it. Then power on and see if it still trips the house breaker. If it doesnt trip then likely the vanity GFCI ground wire was touching the neutral.
The unit is not getting power. If the receptacle is protected by a GFI, then press the Reset button. Otherwise, check that the circuit breaker (or fuse) to that receptacle isn't tripped.
Please give Customer Service a call with the model and date code. If the machine is 3 years old or less, it will be replaced with a new machine. If it is older than 3 years, it can be exchanged for a reduced price.
There is an electrical problem with the brewer. If you will please get the model and date code located on the bottom of the machine, and call customer service, we will be happy to assist you with this. The machine has a 3 year warranty and if the machine is 3 years old or less, it will be replaced at no cost. If it is over 3 years old, it will be replaced at a reduced price.
