Hello, you probably already have gotten this resolved, but I do have some answers to your post. Any cable that you have running from TV1 to the TV2 will nor give you a true HD picture. You could get a CAT5 cable with HDMI ends, but the longer the cable, the less true HD you have. The best resolution to this is to get an additional receiver, or to just stick with the SD picture. There are many good quality 40 and 50 foot HDMI cables that are low loss. I have installed a few NXG brand cables for people and have not had any problems with pictures degrading at the 50 foot length. HDMI over Cat 5 is a little iffy at best. If you do some serious hunting, a good quality HDMI cable at 50 feet should be around $60 online.
