The washing machine not draining water.This problem is related to few possibilities. 1) The drain pump is got loose to the drain hose. check the connection from drain hose to drain pump. 2) The drain is blocked by any thing.Like cloth or any thing like metallic nails or coils etc etc. 3) The drain hose is got blocked./The drain hose is not letting the water to enter the drain pump. In most of the cases the drain pump has to be removed and checked for any kind of blockages.Also if the machine not draining can effect the spin cycle.But other possibilities for no spin or slow spin are faulty or broken motor coupler or weak spin motor.The motor coupler and motor both can be possible,if the drain pump and drain hose both checked ok.This will clear the fault. ----------- Keep updated with any more queries.Thanks,.

There's a good chance that the clothes are not spinning very fast BECAUSE they are too wet and heavy. The root of that problem is probably a blocked filter. I would suggest you check and clean your filter (Probably behind a door like the fuel flap on your car, situated in the bottom of the machine chassis).
