Remove the 2 screws by the floor,then remove the cover below the door,there is a clean out cover to remove to let you clean it out,have a pan ready because it will make a mess and a stinky one at that

The pump is located behind the front bottom access panel. Remove the said panel and you'll see the pump assembly with the pump filter on it. Place a shallow pan or lay a piece of towel under the pump assembly to catch residual water from the pump then turn the filter knob counterclockwise to remove it. Also turn the pump impeller to check for any debris or restriction. Make sure the drain hose is not clogged or kinked. You may need to replace the pump if cleaning the filter, the impeller and the drain hose do not address the flashing of the clean pump indicator or if the impeller is restricted.

the small cover trim across the bottom front of the washer comes off. under it is your pump clean out it is a cap you twist off to clean out the pump. have a towel ready water will come out. hope this helps and please rate me thank you...

Unplug your washing machine and then you will be able to get the door open and the clothes out. You may need to leave it off for awhile to get it to work but make sure you have a bucket ready to catch the water coming out.
