D945 graphics controller will do Need to install from Device Manager --> Display Drivers -->Browse form computer and then choose the path of D945 graphics setup folder
If those device-drivers are _NOT_ included with the Windows 7 DVD,
then access the manufacturer's web-site (www.toshiba.com)
and enter your model-number, and choose "downloads",
and choose "Windows 7", and choose "video" and/or "networking" and/or "audio". Download and install.
I've search about that chip video card of your motherboard, I don't it has a software driver for windows 7, maybe it's not supported yet to run for windows 7. I have a link here but for only Intel 852/855GM/865G/845G/910G/915G Graphics Driver 14.9 Windows 2000/XP. www.Intel852GM.com/vga And supposed to be for the windows. All you have to do is buy a new VGA that support for windows 7, at least now many kind of VGA card available. Hope this might give you some ideas.
