I just bought a Gshock Mudman G9000-MS1. I am living in South Africa. The time that i set is different to the time of my city (Johannesberg) in the World Clock. How do i set my Home City Code and make my timekeeping time the same as my home time (JHB) in the World Clock? When i set the time on the watch it does not let me chose my city. It does let me change the UTC. Right now it is set as 90. I can move this up or down in 5 incremants. However i dont know what UTC stands for, or how this will help me match up my time with the World clock time. Many thanks!

UTC is coordinated universal time, based on GMT.

Try setting your watch to "JED", as you are on the same longitude as Jeddah.

When its 2200 on Feb 2 New York what time and date is it in Australia

It depends on where in Australia. The time difference is anywhere from +13 to +16 hours difference from New York. So somewhere between 1100 Feb 3 to 1400 Feb 3.
Here is a list of Australian cities and the time differences:
Australian Capital Territory - Canberra *+16 hours, New South Wales - Sydney * +16 hours, Northern Territory - Darwin* +14:30 hours, Queensland - Brisbane* +15 hours, South Australia - Adelaide * +15:30 hours, Tasmania - Hobart * +16 hours, Victoria - Melbourne * +16 hours, Western Australia - Perth* +13 hour.
I hope this helps you.

We live in Fl. and my watch is set at 8:13 ....I can not set it correctly which is 3:41

I take it your watch is a radio controlled type.

To make it show your local time you need to select an area or city that is on the same longitude (i.e. north or south present location).

Press the mode button to select the appropriate setting and change the location. (see your manual for the guide to the abbreviations).

Can't set the time manually

Refer to an atlas and look for a city that is on the same longitude (north or south of you) that you are on.

(look at your instructions for a list of cities, could be Moscow?.)
