Getting the MAC address for nyour device can be a bit tricky. With Nokia phones and sony ericssonn phones usually you just go to the section of the phone where you find the details about the phone.
Usually this can be found in the about device section. Here is a link to all the possible samsung phones for your device dont have enough time to go through all of them so take your time to check the codes there and select that which will suit your purpose:

Hi there,
To be able to find out the MAC address of your Samsung Galaxy phone, please do the steps below:
1. Press the Menu button, under the display on the left hand side.
2. A menu panel appears onscreen. Press Settings.
3. The phone's Settings menu appears. Press Wireless Controls.
4. From the Wi-Fi Controls Menu, press Wi-Fi Settings.
5. Press the Menu button (to the left under the display).
6. A menu pops up onscreen. Press Advanced.
7. The 12-character MAC address is listed in this menu.
There you go, you just have to add the MAC address where required in the appropriate place in the Wi-Fi router's configuration set up.
Please let me know if this helps you. Thank you for using FixYa.
