Fax machine has been moved from one facility to another and name and phone number on top of fax paper needs to be changed. Can you please give directions? Thank you

1. Make sure the fax machine is plugged into a power source and also plugged into a working phone jack.
2. Turn the fax machine on.
3. Obtain the fax number of the destination fax machine.
4. Gather the documents you want to send and put them in the order you want them to be received.
5. Fill out a separate piece of paper called a coversheet with the recipient's name, fax number/phone number, your name, your phone number, a short message and number of pages (including coversheet).
6. Lay the documents face-up in the fax machine feeder tray with the coversheet on top
7. Dial the recipient's fax number - put 9 before the number and area code
8. Press the "fax" or "send" button, depending on the particular fax machine model

if is a l350!open the cover over the one touch speed dails,press data registration and set!It says user settings,press set,Scroll to unit tel nr,press set,type in your nr,press set and there u go!

Presss the Function button and then data registration button ,under settings you will find Tel number set your number.The next funcktion is user name, set your user name and press set.

You can change the Fax ID in the menu. It should be located in Menu/Set 0,3 (Station ID). Enter your new fax number, menu/set, new phone number, menu/set, your "name", menu/set. And you're set.

Press Dataregistration-set-usersettings-set ,change the name and number in this mode.

On your fax control panel, press the MENU button. Choose either INITIAL SET-UP or FAX SET-UP, from the display. You should be able to scroll through the settings until you come to either HEADER, TITLE, NAME, STATION ID., or PHONE NUMBER. You can then use the number and letter keys to change the title and phone number.
