1. First, try to test if your mouthpiece is really broken by using RECORD AUDIO.
If you were able to record something then maybe the earphone of the person your calling is the one with the problem.

2. If the test fails, then your mouthpiece really is broken. You can ask a cell phone technician to replace it. It's so easy to replace and can be repaired so don't worry. :)

problem can be solved. When some body calls and you hear them and when you talk they do not hear you, that means the mouthpiece of the phone is faulty and it needs a replacement.

The mouthpiece is a small mic in which people you call can hear you when you talk to them and it is at the down part of the phone.

When you replace the mouthpiece people will start hearing you when you talk.

Open up the phone and clean the panel with a cotton bud and little methylated spirit also see that the mouthpiece is aligned with the mouthpiece hole on your phone case

If this does not solve the problem then the best solution is to get an expert to change the mouthpiece for you

try using head phone to attend calls.. if its normal then give ur mob to service caus ur receiver system may be a problem

handy phones always have hole for the microphone or we called it mouthpiece.. if someone cant hear you, but you can hear them.... the best of it change your microphone or your mouthpiece

try checking your mouthpiece or mic connection inside your phone. maybe it lost its connection or your mic is defective,

 

if everything is ok then your have a hardware trouble.
