I have just bought a Kensington wireless presenter remote with AAA batteries. The laser is working so the batteries are fine, but it is not "talking to" my MacBook Pro laptop. There were no drivers in the package. I have used a similar Kensington product (with a different battery) for years. HELP!!! P.

I unplugged the usb connector and took out the batteries for both the keyboard and mouse for 30 seconds. Then I plugged everything back in.

Normal 0 If the mouse doesn't have a little door to open on the bottom, then try this.
Just behind the Left and Right keys where your hand rests, apply firm pressure down on the cover and slide to the rear. Some mouse manufactures have used this type of access to replace the batteries.

battarys maybe running low on juice or the ball may have oil on ball, look for reset switch on buttom of mouse press on it,

if info ray type clean the light area, reset the mouse and the usb plug in usb mouse adapter, it may be colored ot not, should be the same color as the mouse one is reset both at the same time.
