I downloaded theme files (*.thm) but sony ericsson w395's directory does not show where to keep them. It may not be possible to add themes. Just live with those supplied with the phone

If you can connect it to your pc then search for w395 themes online and download them into your themes directory.
if not, than either go online on your phone via WAP or GPRS internet connection, and try the same as above.
and if even that won't work out, than search a buddy with a similar phone. ;)
