F2:72 is for Toner cartridge improper cartridge detection (MAGENTA). Check and see if the right toner cartridge is installed. If it is the proper cartridge I would suggest placing a service call.
For this problem F2-72 you have two solution:
1. If you have a new one toner which is ORIGINAL SHARP, change this toner with new one and your problem is solved. Without call service representative.
2. If you have a new one CHIP for your "problematic"toner, change chip, install toner with new chip and problem is solved. Without call service representative.
