I have a Samsung TL100 camera and it will not take a charge

If you haven't used it for the last 8 months and before it was all fine then the most common reason would be the battery. Your battery is absolutely dead but then again if you plug it to AC then it must show some sign of life. But give it a go by replacing new battery. To check get it from a friend and then test the camera on it.

If the battery replacement doesn't work then take it to an authorized dealer for inspection.

Cant turn iphone4 on?

plug in your charger and try to turn it on, if nothing then check the battery. Check the voltage on your battery with a meter. If voltage isn't present or lower than it says then try a new battery. If that doesn't work it will need professional repair.

If unused for any length of time, rechargeable batteries lose their ability to retain a charge. Try it with a brand new, fully-charged battery. FWIW, I recharge all my camera and flashgun batteries monthly.

Lense stuck out - camera powers on only briefly then stops - hear one "bing". Tried removing battery - does nothing with cable power only.

1. Clean the battery contacts. a. Remove the battery/batteries and the memory card from your camera, then wipe the battery contacts with a soft, clean cloth. b. Reinstall the battery/batteries into your camera. Please make sure that you are installing a fresh/ fully charged battery c. Turn the camera on. 2. Without the memory card, turn your camera on. (If it works then it?s your memory card that is faulty) 3. Please test with the a different battery If you do not have access to another battery Try these steps instead: Please take the battery out of the camera. b. Insert the charger into the unit from the main socket and turn the camera on. If the camera works you will need to replace the battery. If you camera doesn?t switch on you will need to order a no power repair with KODAK or a new cable.
