If the movie is not disney it will not play.......my poor 2 year old I told her she put in a code on her tv and now she can't watch any movies over the G rating but I just put a PG movie in and it played no problem. It has been a year and all she could watch was 1 movie! Now her whole room is done up in that cartoon!! How or what is going on? someone said a code 1369 would work I went to try it and the PG movie just played! Why is this and how can I fix it?
The culprit could be the DVD bad compatibility.
* You have not burned the discs correctly. Please make sure that your original file is ISO image and that burn it to DVD disc.
* Or you created a DVD that is the wrong disc media type to be played on the TV, that would be either a +R, -R, or RW media. Check the manual for the DVD player to see if it will read the DVD format.
* DVD home player is too old to accommodate the playback speed. For instance, some old home player might only support playing back DVD content at the standard 25fps or 29.97fps. Therefore, it will be out of function if your DVD is burned at 50fps or 60fps. In such case, you're required to re-burn the copy at a slower speed to suit its play ability.

My daughter's dvd play only plays certain movies. I havent been ask to put in a code but I just thought it was broke. has Disney returned anyones money???
My Disney DVD player hasn't worked in months. Sometimes it'll play and other times it will. I get the question mark in the upper right corner. Please advise how I can solve this problem so that the movies can play. Thank you. Laura
