Go to the page linked below and click ONLY on the Blue download arrow. All else is very confusing advertising. You may experience as much as 2 more pages to wend your way through but always stay focused on your downloadthe only. When you download it, the download window will appear. Choose "SAVE" , then 'Desktop" as the SAVE destination. Shut down all other programs. Double-click on the driver file (it's actually known as "firwnware" for DVD playeres). It is normal to be advised that your computer will be taken over and forcibly shut down at the end of the application.

If the firmware was what was needed, your DVD player will run fine.

WINDOWS 7 DRIVERS FOR DVD DRIVE

You don't need drivers to use this cd dvd burner in Windows 7 because they are built into Windows. If the device isn't working, it probably isn't any good.

Generally the drivers are auto detected by your OS and installed,I have xp and it readily installed the drivers or you can use PC suite CD of M600-I did it and no prob with my set....let me know if you still have problem
