Does the solenoid pull in when start is pressed? If not check the supply and wiring from the start button to the solenoid. If it does, check the relay supling the power to the main contact on the solenoid. (Battery feed). Hope that helps
Sounds like to me that your motor is locked up, take the CVT cover off and see if you can turn the primary clutch with your hands. If your not able to turn the primary clutch, then the motor is locked up. Good Luck.
