My flamerite corello lights have stopped working, the heater works but no lights, any ideas?

No power to the fire: Check the wall socket, plug and fuse. No illumination: Make sure the fire is turned on. Check heater is working, if so change lamps. Illumination but no heat: The safety cut has operated see note on operating the Fire. Noise when illuminated: Due to moving parts, the electric fire will make a noise. Maybe your circuit board is fried too? Circuit boards come up as issues more than a few.

check your air filter, it might just be all clogged up if you haven't cleaned/or changed it.

I have the same problem phoned the makers Flamerite and they sent me some instructions that may solve the problem. Phone them on 01543251122 I did speak to the shop where I purchased the fire and they told me that this was a common problem with these fires. This did not fix my problem. I will be contacting them again tomorrow. Good luck

Did what nick george said and worked , made sure i put remote on b , teah looks ace again

I have just tried to obtain a stat for this same fire Flamerite was no use at all.I have put a link in where the sta was to override, it's on full now, but theres heat now. Terry Risley Electrical Services 0788 4061406

my Flamerite Corello fire does not work we had to have the circuit bard fixed within the first 12months of getting it and it went again over a year ago how can i fix it

Similar thing happened to mine at weekend after fitting a new hearth and fire surround (sods law) think its the heater unit £57.50 from flamerite
