Part of the problem is the version of Windows that you installed. The D610 does not have Windows Vista or Windows 7 support so they may not have drivers for Windows 7 on your computer.
You might try the Windows Vista modem drive for the D620 to see if the modem is close to the one in your D610. Note most of the Vista drivers will work with Windows 7. However you may have an issue since you are running the Windows 7 for Thin PC as you should be running the standard Windows 7 HOME, PRO, or ULTIMATE on your notebook. Was there a reason you got this version?
when i bought Sagem my700x without a CD it works as USB flash but have problem useing it as a modem.
My System say driver not found. Pls if anyone know where i can download PC suit for SagemMy700x
